SIT-TRIM
Post-Press Trimming Machine with 1 or 2 Arms
The trimming machine is designed to separate pressed panels from the foil. This operation must be carried out with the utmost precision and care to ensure the required quality and productivity.
The scanning of the pallets, given the high level of specialization, is performed using a proprietary scanner, either with IR technology or a camera system. This scanning process allows for the reading and processing of even J-pull doors, as well as any other shape or windowed panel.
The machine’s performance is ensured by high-performance brushless motors.
The blade-holding arms are equipped with a safety system that halts the machine in case of blade jamming, preventing further damage to the pieces or the machine itself.
Sittex’s trimming machine is available in various sizes, with 1 or 2 arms depending on the press specifications and its cycle time: multiple presses can be served by a single trimming line, consolidating the outputs.
Optional features include automatic blade change.

Scrap Recovery, Grinding, and Storage Machine
The machine removes the trimmed foil from the panels and either grinds or separates it, or sends it to an external container. A system of arms with picking components, designed for the processed foils, removes the scrap, which is then compacted and fed into a grinder specifically suited for these products. This process reduces the volume and allows for air-based management.
With this system, the need for an operator is eliminated, along with the tasks of forming and managing scrap bales.

Post press residue removing machine from the back side of door
Sittex has studied how to remove the glue residue from the doors back side (typical of the process) without damaging the surface, without delaminating the newly applied foil from the edges and without erasing (even partially) the labels that may have been applied.
A very helpful and cost-saving specialization, allowing the product to always be delivered perfectly clean.
Allows to reduce the manpower needed for this operation and to give a consistently successful result.
